A family of a African American college attendee whose body was discovered suspended from a tree on a college campus in the state of Mississippi has retained renowned civil rights attorney Ben Crump as concerns persist regarding the tragic death.

Earlier this week, personnel at a Mississippi university came upon the remains of a student named Trey Reed near campus recreational facilities.
