Women’s Super League

12pmArsenal v Manchester City live

Arsenal are under pressure just a handful of matches into the season, having dropped points in their past two games and sorely underperforming in a 1-1 draw against Villa last weekend. Grand Prix

2:00 PMF1 Singapore qualifying

Real-time coverage will provide the latest in what is sure to be a thrilling qualifying. Back-to-back victories for Verstappen have added extra excitement to the title race. Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris will be eager for solid performances in the Singapore GP. The team's dominance for most of the season means they could wrap up a 10th constructors’ title on race day, but the Dutchman's improved form has caused a few nerves. Although the Australian still leads his teammate by 25 pts in what appears to be a two-horse race for the driver's championship, any mistakes could let Verstappen to close the 69-point deficit to the lead.

3:00 PMLive: Arsenal vs West Ham & Man Utd vs Sunderland

Coverage on important fixtures with a pair of coaches particularly under pressure. The constant focus on Ruben Amorim’s travails at Manchester United has ramped up to critical, and the match with Sunderland has all the signs of a turning point before the break for internationals. The manager's 50th match in charge could be his last, even though United having won their last two home fixtures. Following 49 matches, his stats reads: won 18, drawn 12, lost 19. That 36.7% win rate contrasts starkly with his predecessor Erik ten Hag’s 70% at the same stage. The Hammers, meanwhile, play for their second game under Nuno Espírito Santo, after Monday's 1-1 tie at Goodison Park. West Ham have the curious record of having defeated the Gunners in consecutive games at the Emirates Stadium. Another loss at home by their local rivals seems unlikely given the Gunners’ recent form – six wins from their last eight Premier League matches.

EPL

5:30 PMChelsea v Liverpool live

The late afternoon match sees the meeting of clubs in a dip in form. Enzo Maresca’s Blues have suffered successive Premier League losses, to United and Brighton & Hove Albion, while the defending champions lost 2-1 to Palace before slipping up in the Champions League in Turkey in midweek. Arne Slot’s team are without a win in their last four Premier League games at Stamford Bridge but have not lost back-to-back league matches since April 2023. Looking for omens? Alexander Isak, the Reds' new signing, has found the net in his last two Premier League appearances at the Bridge, though both games ended in defeats for his former team Newcastle United. Live blog will be provided.

Horse Racing

11:45 AMLive: Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe

All the buildup and post-race reaction from one of the horse racing's most prestigious races will be available. In a lineup of 17 for the 3.05pm big race, the O'Brien-trained the favorite is the 3/1 favorite after being handed a favourable starting position in stall one. O’Brien, who is aiming for a third win in the race, also runs another contender, third last year, but the horse will have to defy stall 14 to claim victory. Aventure, who is just behind the favorite in the betting, was handed gate 12. Chances of a maiden Japanese winner were diminished, with the Derby victor, one entry, and the Prix Foy winner, Byzantine Dream, assigned in stalls 17 and 15 respectively. Their countryman Alohi Alii appears better placed in gate 4. Fabre's duo of Sosie and Cualificar fared better with gates 3 and 8 each, while Graffard's trio could have done worse.

1:00 PMSingapore Grand Prix live

Lap-by-lap updates of the main event under the Singapore lights will be provided. Obviously Verstappen has momentum – he was second at his home race in the Dutch GP before his victories in Monza and Azerbaijan – but probably still requires a spectacular McLaren collapse, as well as victories in the final seven races and three sprint races, to {clin
